Layout

  • 2 hr minimum booking on weekdays and 4 hr minimum booking on weekends 
  • Refundable deposit: $200 or 10% of rental fee, whichever is greater
  • Rental price includes use of round/rectangle tables, chairs, piano, stage, sound system with 2 microphones, lectern, large projection screen, 3 large trash bags
  • Optional items with extra charge: table cloths, chair covers, projector, extra microphones, high cocktail tables, cleaning after the event
  • Lobby and kitchen are shared use
